    Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • 2. Return Scenarios

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
  • For Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind): If you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong size, you may return it within 14 days. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or paid by you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in this case.
